Well BBC Radio Merseysides "Billy & Wallys Southport Show" was great fun..big crowd!...lovely atmosphere!..and lots of waving of arms and the audience joining with me singing "livin doll" and "summer holiday"! during my half hour set ..very appropriate for the lovely beach resort even if it was a little cold outside !!
We have a little video footage and photographs from the show which i have to edit and posted to the site !
I really enjoyed myself and look forward to being invited back real soon possibly for a longer show!

SHOW REVIEW :
Well due to a last minute change of local venue by the organisers we found ourselves at Steventon Hall which proved rather small for our need and with a full house and small dance floor we had a rather more intimate show than intended.
I thoroughly enjoyed myself mingling amongst the audience presenting my 2 hour set and having the crowd join me in singing many of Cliffs favorites.
I managed 3 costume changes too which allowed me to show off some of my new clothing including my specially made pink jacket featuring my glittery Cliff belt all greeted with a cheer from the crowd when i entered for my final sequence.
It was lovely to see a number of my facebook friends in particular Penny and Jackie who i know travelled some distance especially to catch the show..thank you so much !....
( We are seeking to secure a larger venue in the area for the future with an event we can control )..but it was great to see so many people supporting a worthy cause and helping to raise money... the bar,raffle and auction profits also being donated to the night.
I performed around 30 songs on the night and it was great to have my front row chorus line of guests Hilary.Irene and Rita and also have birthday girl Marilyn join me for a duet of 'Suddenly' .
I particularly enjoyed presenting for the first time 'Be With Me Always' from Heathcliff and the Rock n Roll medley proved popular..the crowd surging the dance floor disguising the fact my guitar strap snapped !!...
The show was concluded with 'What Car'..and i encored with 'Thank You For a Lifetime'..
Afterwards a raffle auction and prizegiving where the organisers kindly presented me with a lovely gift and card .
Rounding off a thouroughly wonderful evening by meeting and chatting to many of our guests and enjoying lots of individual photo opportunitys whilst enjoying Colins fantasic disco.!!

SHOW REVIEW :
My first open air show and what a great weekend it was..the weather turned out to be terrific despite the poor forecasts !!.
I had intended to do one single long performance until i discovered the programme had me down for 3 shorter shows each day !!!..quick revision and we were ok .. !.
I tried to keep my set mostly light hearted given the holiday atmosphere and opened with " The Young Ones" following with a mixed set covering all eras of Cliff and obviously including favorites like " Summer Holiday " and " On The Beach "and " Livin Doll "...finishing with a Rock n Roll medley and " What Car " for the many classic car fans attending!.
It was fantastic to see a number of facebook friends there especially Ann and Paula arriving with famous travelling teddy Troy just back from yet another celebrity jaunt to Canada....such a privelige to have him as my stage sidekick ..with his guitar!!.
Overall what an amazing weekend..with lots of nice comments for my tribute and many booking enquirys taken ..a fantastic venue full of fun ,displays and something for all the family !!...Roll on next year !!

" TotallyCliff " presents his 2 hour show in the heart of the beautiful east midlands countryside.
SHOW REVIEW :
What a fun show this turned out to be despite having only received a last minute request to appear and no time to promote!!.
Opening with "The Young ones" followed my 45 minute 1st half featuring many of Cliffs 1960s crowd pleasers and sporting my new pink sequin tie ..( a lovely gift from a fan! )
The initially quiet crowd were inspired in the 2nd half during my rock n roll medley by the late arrival of a group intent on dancing ..i duly obliged by extending my show a further 45 minutes and it was a real blast !!..
I stuck around after the show and had a great time meeting and chatting to groups of people whilst enjoying a little liquid refreshment....good times !!

SHOW REVIEW :
Phew !..Hi all..what a hectic and fabulously entertaining weekend !!.
Drove down to York early saturday to meet host and compere Eddie Vee at noon for my brief on the Elvis Academy 2009 Show that afternoon.
The contest commenced at 2pm and i took my place on the judging panel of 3 for the elimination stage,the guys presenting sets of around 20 minutes each featuring a variety of images and styles of the King.
The overall quality of the acts was incredible with such an amazing attention to detail evident throughout including some amazing outfits !!
After much deliberation 7 acts were chosen for the evening final then i must admit i felt a great degree of pressure as our host called upon me to perform a " TotallyCliff " set to the avid Elvis crowd and fellow performers .
No worries though as the afternoon audience seemed really into my set of mainly early Cliff numbers showing wonderful appreciation !
I found myself really looking forward to returning for the evening final and another opportunity to present myself to the busy evening audience.
The final commenced at around 8pm and the guys gave it their all many switching images from the early session to deliver 2 songs each..the stunning quality of all the acts making it incredibly difficult for us to nominate our top 3 .
Eventually selecting ....3rd :The very cool !..CRAIG KING.
2nd : EDDIE P..huge stage presence and fantastic interaction !.WINNER : CARN C RYDER..amazing vocal,fantastic costume and great moves!
After the presentations i was introduced to the evening crowd and opened my 30 minute set of around 9 songs with "MOVE IT " which set the mood for a busy dance floor concluding with " WHAT CAR " which though may not be so familiar went down real well !!
I stayed for the remainder of the evenings showcase and had a ball meeting and greeting the acts and crowd and taking the many photo opportunitys.
My appreciation and congratulations to organiser and compere EDDIE VEE and the hard work of MICKY VEGAS and all the guys in making the event so special.
